Describe going down an icecross downhill track for the first time:

-The first time for me was In St Paul. I remember staring down the monstrosity and asking myself what I got myself into. Once I hit the first drop it was the most amazing feeling in the world. I was that perfect point of pure fun and serenity but inches from utter chaos. I tell ya the best things in life gotta scare you a little bit first.

What are your guilty pleasures? Why do you wake up in the morning?

-I wake up every morning for my Wife, family, and friends. They keep the fire alive and make winning that much sweeter.

How long have you been competing in ice cross downhill?
-This will be my 5 season on tour

What first got you interested in the sport?
-A friend of mine recommended I give it a shot

If there is one piece of advice that you could offer new riders, what would it be?
-Be calm on course and respect your limits, know what your good at and capitalize in that area. And don’t forget to have fun while you do it!

What is your best result or favourite memory at a Red Bull Crashed Ice?

-Has to be my first win in Bathurst Canada. Great event there put on with the help of the whole town. I will never forget that feeling

Who is your favorite sports athlete?

-Too many to name! I always love and respect any athlete that sets their mind to a goal and puts the work in to achieve it. If I had to pick, I would have to say Travis Pastrana in the extreme sport world and Martin St. Louis in the hockey world.
